\u25cf Each session lasts 2 hours. During this time, you will choose your piece to paint, receive a general explanation, and the last 5-10 minutes are dedicated to cleaning materials and leaving the space as you found it.
<\/span>\u25cf If you do not finish your piece within this time, you can return another day to complete it by paying \u20ac6 for another 2-hour session. It is necessary to make a new reservation and mention that you are coming to finish your piece.

<\/b><\/strong>If you reserve two consecutive sessions, you have two options:

\u25cf Our firing process is entirely handcrafted, which means slight variations in color may appear in both the glazes and the clay body itself. These variations are a natural part of the process and make each piece unique, so they are not considered defects. We do not offer refunds or take responsibility in such cases.
<\/span>\u25cf If a piece is damaged during the firing process due to human error or oven failure, we will give you a Return Voucher for the full value of the piece, allowing you to repaint it at no cost. The voucher has no expiration date and must be presented for use.
\u25cf We recommend checking your piece carefully when picking it up to make sure it\u2019s in good condition. Once it leaves the studio, we can\u2019t guarantee that any damage occurred on our end, so we are not responsible for pieces damaged after pickup.
\u25cf If your piece develops cracks after microwave use, we\u2019re happy to glaze and fire it again at no extra cost.

\u25cf We do not ship finished pieces. Pieces must be picked up at the same studio where they were painted.
