TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Reservations and Availability
● To enjoy the experience in our workshop, it is essential to make a reservation in advance through our website. We cannot guarantee availability without a confirmed reservation.
2. Painting Time and Fees
● Each session lasts 2 hours. During this time, you will choose your piece to paint, receive a general explanation, and the last 5-10 minutes are dedicated to cleaning materials and leaving the space as you found it.
● If you do not finish your piece within this time, you can return another day to complete it by paying €6 for another 2-hour session. It is necessary to make a new reservation and mention that you are coming to finish your piece.
● Unfinished pieces can be stored in our workshop for a maximum of 3 months
3. Back-to-Back Session Reservations
If you reserve two consecutive sessions, you have two options:
● Buy one piece in the first session and in the second session pay €6 to continue painting it.
● Buy two pieces, each with a minimum value of €10.
4. Fees and Companions
● Minimum consumption: All participants must have a minimum consumption of €10.
● Companions: If you come as an accompanying person without painting, a fee of 6€ for 2 hours will apply. It’s necessary to reserve for all persons present to ensure proper space and table organization.
● Exceptions: No additional charge will apply for companions of children under 5 years old or for individuals requiring assistance, such as caregivers of the elderly or those with reduced mobility. These individuals should not be included in the reservation.
5. Minors
● Children from 10 years old can participate without adult supervision, but we need a contact number of a responsible adult.
● Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who must be included in the reservation and comply with companion fees or paint their own piece.
6. Pets
● Pets are allowed, as long as they are friendly and under the supervision of the client at all times.
7. Piece Selection and Delivery Process
Pieces Broken by the Customer
● If you break your own piece while painting: We offer a 50% discount on the purchase of a new piece. The discount applies at the moment or we will provide you with a "Return Voucher" with the amount recorded to use it in the future.
● If you break a piece from the shelf or display: You must pay 30% of the broken piece’s value.
● If you break a piece belonging to another customer from the pickup shelf: You must pay 100% of its value.
● If misuse of materials is detected: A first warning will be issued. If improper use continues and causes damage, the customer will need to pay 50% of the broken piece’s value.
Firing and Glazing
●Once painted, your piece must stay in the workshop for glazing and firing, which takes approximately one week. The pickup date will be communicated to you on the day you come to paint. This is not a guaranteed timeframe and may vary depending on the workload. If you have any questions about our current delivery dates, you can contact customer service to confirm them.
Piece Pickup and Delivery
● We do not ship finished pieces. Pieces must be picked up at the same studio where they were painted.
● Finished pieces are kept for 1 month from the delivery date. After that, they will be donated to charity fairs or used internally by the company, becoming the property of the company.
Piece Damaged in Firing
● If a piece is damaged during the firing process due to human error or oven failure, we will give you a Return Voucher for the full value of the piece, allowing you to repaint it at no cost. The voucher has no expiration date and must be presented for use.
Piece Faulty After Pickup
● We are not responsible for pieces damaged after pickup.
● If a piece cracks after being used in the microwave, we can glaze and re-fire it free of charge.
8. Refunds and Return Vouchers
● We do not offer refunds. However, since the firing process is artisanal and may involve certain risks, if your piece suffers irreversible damage in the oven or is lost due to our mistake, we will offer a Return Voucher to choose a new piece.
●Return vouchers can be used to purchase a piece of equal value at any time. They are personal and non-transferable, with no expiration date.
9. Loyalty Cards
● Stamps on the loyalty card can only be awarded on the day you paint, not on subsequent visits or when picking up your piece.
● The stamps are personal and non-transferable.
● One stamp is given for payments between €10-50, and two stamps for payments over €50 (maximum 2 stamps per card per day).
● After accumulating 5 visits, you receive a €10 discount, and on the 10th visit, a €15 discount.
10. Gift Cards
● Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store and are valid at any of our locations.
● Duration: 1 year from the issue date.
● Use of the physical gift card: The physical card must be presented at checkout. If you do not bring it with you, you cannot use it at that time.
● Remaining Balance: If there is a balance left after use, it will keep the same expiration date as the original voucher.
