BOOKINGS

Booking Conditions:

• Booking is completely free. On the day of your visit, you will only pay for the piece you choose to paint. The painting, guidance, and firing are already included in the price of the piece.
• There is a minimum spend of €10 per person.
• For groups of more than 5 people and for all bookings from Friday to Sunday, we request a credit card to guarantee the reservation. If the reservation is not canceled or modified at least 24 hours in advance, a fee of €10 per no-show person will be charged. You can modify your reservation via the confirmation email.
• If a person is included in the reservation but does not paint, a €6 fee per session will apply, as we organize the space based on the number of reserved participants. This does not apply to those accompanying children under 5 years old or people who require assistance.
• Once your piece has been fired, we’ll keep it for one month from the pick-up date provided.
• To avoid waiting when collecting your piece, we recommend coming at “half past” times (for example, 10:30am, 12:30pm...), as on the hour (like 10am or 12pm) our team is usually switching shifts and may take up to 20 minutes to be available.

Remember that you can modify or cancel your booking through the confirmation email!
