TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Reservations and Availability
●To enjoy the experience in our workshop, it is essential to make a reservation in advance through our website. We cannot guarantee availability without a confirmed reservation.
2. Painting Time and Fees
●Each session lasts 2 hours. During this time, you choose the piece to paint, receive a general explanation, and the last 10 minutes are reserved for cleaning the materials and leaving the space as you found it.
●If you do not finish your piece within this time, you can return another day to complete it by paying €6 for another 2-hour session. You will need to make a new reservation and mention that you are coming to finish your piece.
●Unfinished pieces can be stored in our workshop for a maximum of 3 months.
● Virtual Card: Available for purchase at www.laceramicaria.es.
3. Physical Gift Voucher
● If the customer purchases the gift voucher in-store, the amount must be filled in (mandatory) and an expiration date will be set, one year from the issue date
● The price of the gift voucher should not be covered with a sticker or in any other way, as it is the only way to verify the amount paid.
● The customer must present the physical gift voucher at the time of payment.
4. Digital Gift Voucher
● If the customer presents a confirmation of purchase for the digital gift voucher without the amount or the 16-digit code visible, they will be asked for their name, email address, and the code if available. The information will then be verified in the back office system
5. Credit Use
● The validity of the gift voucher is one year from the issue date.
● If the customer does not use the full credit of the gift voucher in a single visit, the remaining credit will retain the same validity as the original gift voucher. For example, if a gift voucher is issued on January 1, 2024, it will be valid until January 1, 2025. If the customer uses part of the credit on July 1, 2024, the remaining credit will still be valid only until January 1, 2025.
● The remaining credit cannot be renewed or extended.
6. Reservation and Payments
● Reservations for painting ceramics are free. Customers only pay when they choose their piece in the store, as each piece has a different cost.
● The gift voucher can be used to pay for the selected piece.
● Customers can stay for up to two hours to paint, with the paint and service included in the price of the piece.
7. Returns and Refunds
● The balance on the card cannot be refunded or exchanged for money
● A return of the unused card will be accepted within the following timeframes, respecting the legally established period:
○ Physical Card: Cards purchased at any La Ceramicaria store can be returned within a maximum of one month from the purchase dat
○ Virtual Card: Virtual cards purchased at www.laceramicaria.es can be returned within one month from the purchase date.
● The amount paid for the card will be refunded in the same payment method used. The original purchase receipt must be presented for this.
8. User Responsibility
● The card is a bearer document. The responsibility for the use and custody of the card lies exclusively with its user
●The card will not be replaced in case of theft, loss, misplacement, or damage.
9. Limitations and Restrictions
● Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except in the cases mentioned in the Returns and Refunds section.
● Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
● Gift vouchers are non-transferable.
10. Cancellation Policy
● If the customer is unable to attend their reservation, no charge will be made, as payment is only made when choosing the piece in the store.
11. Modifications and Changes
● We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
12. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
● By purchasing and/or using a gift voucher, the customer fully agrees to these terms and conditions.
● By placing an order through the website, you consent to be bound by the terms and conditions. Therefore, if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not place an order through this website.
