1. General

● Gift vouchers can be purchased both online and in our physical stores.
● Gift vouchers are valid in all LA CERAMICARIA stores, regardless of
where they were purchased.
● The expiration date of gift vouchers should always be reviewed. No exceptions will be made nor will expiration dates be extended.

2. Gift Card Formats
● Physical Card: Available for sale at LA CERAMICARIA physical points of sale located in
Spanish territory (La Ceramicaria stores).
● Virtual Card: Available for sale at www.laceramicaria.es.

3. Physical Gift Voucher

● If the customer purchases the gift voucher in the store, the amount must be filled in (mandatory) and an expiration date of one year from the date of issue will be set.
● The price of the gift voucher must not be covered with a sticker or in any other way, since it is the only way to verify the amount paid.
● The customer must present the physical gift voucher at the time of paying.

4. Digital Gift Voucher

● If the customer presents a purchase confirmation for the digital gift voucher without the amount or the 16-digit code visible, they will be asked for their name, email, and the code if they have it. The information will then be verified in the back office system.

5. Credit Use

● The validity of the gift voucher is one year from the date of issue.
● If the customer does not use all the credit of the gift voucher in a single visit, the remaining credit will remain
the same validity as the original gift voucher. For example, if a gift voucher is issued on January 1, 2024, it will be valid until January 1, 2025. If the customer uses part of the credit on July 1, 2024, the remaining credit will continue being valid only until January 1, 2025.
● Excess credit cannot be renewed or extended.

6. Reservation and Payments

● Reservations for painting ceramics are free. Customers only pay when they choose their piece in the
store, as each piece has a different cost.
● The gift voucher can be used to pay for the selected piece.
● Customers can keep up to two hours to paint, with the painting and the service included in the price of the piece.

7. Returns and Refunds

● The balance of the card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
● The return of the unused card will be accepted within the following time periods and
respecting the legally established deadline:
○ Physical Card: Cards purchased at any La Ceramicaria stores may be returned within a maximum period of one month from the date of purchase.
○ Virtual Card: Virtual cards purchased at www.laceramicaria.es may be returned within one month from the date of purchase.
● The amount paid for the card will be refunded in the same way in which it was paid. To do so,
it is essential to present the original purchase receipt.

8. User Responsibility

● The card is a bearer document. The responsibility for the use and custody of the card lies
exclusively with its user.
● The card will not be replaced in case of theft, loss, misplacement or damage.

9. Limitations and Restrictions

● Gift vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except in the cases
mentioned in the Returns and Refunds section.
● Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
● Gift vouchers are not transferable.

10. Cancellation Policy

● In the event that the customer cannot attend their reservation, no charge will be made, since payment is made only when choosing the piece in the store.

11. Modifications and Changes

● We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

12. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

● By purchasing and/or using a gift voucher, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety.
● By placing an order through the website, you agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions, therefore, if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not
purchase through this website.
